Customer Service Representative - HYBRID 3 DAYS ONSITE

A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be providing customer service and technical support by applying a broad understanding of computer systems products and services. Maintains information technology service, functionality, and user satisfaction by answering questions, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems. On a day-to-day basis, this role is the first technical point of contact by answering inbound calls from citizens to help assist them with their questions. This position will utilize inbound phone calls, data entry, ticketing systems, and sometimes will need to remote into a citizen's computer to help walk them through any technical issues or questions they have. Typical technical problems that this role will help resolve includes items like account creation and management, login difficulties, form submissions, payment processing, etc. For other unsolved technical issues, this role when then escalate the issue through a ticketing system.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
