- Oversee financial operations across diverse global manufacturing facilities to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, including capital investments and financial modeling, to foster long-term growth and profitability.
- Manage the global consolidation of Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and uniformity across various regions.
- Support budgeting, cost performance analysis, and forecasting processes to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Controllership team to ensure efficient and precise monthly financial closing procedures.
- Provide financial leadership to operations teams, guiding them in reporting, performance analysis, and capital investment projects.
- Deliver timely ad-hoc financial insights and analyses to promote operational excellence.
- Proficiency in strategic financial planning and modeling.
- Strong foundation in manufacturing finance and operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
