Care Manager 100% Remote for California Residents

Overview

Our client, a US Fortune 500 company and a provider of managed Health care, Pharmacy benefits & specialty areas for managed care organizations / employers / government agencies, seeks an accomplished Care Manager.

* Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *

* Location: 100% Remote for California Residents

* Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension

Qualifications

• A degree in Nursing or Social Work required.
• Any of these certifications will work: CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), RN (Registered Nurse).
• Candidate must be licensed in California.
• Candidate must be tech savvy, knows basic computer literacy, and have behavioral health experience.

Nice to haves

• Crisis management, Psychiatric or UM experience.
