Administrative Support (Part Time)
Advent Talent Group is seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Support professional for a short-term, part-time assignment with a respected local nonprofit. In this role, you'll provide critical administrative support to the organizations operational team, helping to manage and track patient and family testing requests as part of a high-impact strategic project.Overview:
- Role Type: Contract
- Start Date: July 1, 2025
- End Date: September 30, 2025 (with potential for extension)
- Hours/Week: 1520 hours, scheduled between 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday (potential to flex up to full-time)
- Location: Remote (Central Time business hours required)
- Bill Rate: $25.00/hour
- Maintain and update internal trackers for shipments and requests
- ?File and archive patient data accurately
- Upload and organize results in patient-specific folders
- Monitor receipt of all results per patient
- Conduct outreach to family members for updated contact information when necessary
- Administrative Experience: At least 12 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or support role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), with experience using cloud-based file systems and internal tracking tools.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, document organization, and handling of sensitive information.
- Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
- Adaptability and Reliability: Comfortable working part-time hours within Central Time business hours, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities or increased workload.
