Remote Senior Payroll Accountant
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Senior Payroll Accountant. The position can be remote. Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5-7 years' of experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience with ADP WorkForceNow
- Experience with Costpoint
- Government Contracting experience
Position Responsibilities:
- Process multi-jurisdiction semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP WorkForceNow:
- Prepare and submit error free payroll processing
- Complete all associated payroll entries
- Set up all new state withholding, unemployment, and other tax related accounts, when necessary
- Manage all payroll related audits and information requests
- Costpoint Timekeeping System Maintenance and Support:
- Ensure all employee timesheets are completed and processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Main point of contact for support to employees utilizing the Costpoint timekeeping system
- Assist with Month Close activities:
- Reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Reporting
- Assist with corporate audits
- Other duties as assigned
