Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support ongoing Salesforce implementations, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in Higher Education, non-profit, or state and local government sectors. This role will partner closely with the Product Owner to manage intake, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage stakeholder intake and align business needs with product goals. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories in accordance with BABOK standards. Develop and maintain test scripts derived from requirements, working closely with developers and QA teams. Create and update technical documentation, including process flows, data mappings, and SOPs. Support agile product delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Skills And Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Strong understanding of Sales and Service Cloud. Experience Writing Detailed Requirements, User Stories, And Test Scripts. Familiarity with BABOK methodology and business analysis best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Higher Education (strongly preferred), or in non-profit, state, or local government environments. Knowledge of Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Blackthorn.io. Familiarity with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus. Salesforce certifications are appreciated but not required.
