About the position The Global Strategic Account and Operations Manager at American Express Global Business Travel is a leadership role focused on retaining and driving incremental revenue while ensuring operational excellence for dedicated clients. The position emphasizes developing and expanding client relationships, implementing revenue growth strategies, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and profitability. Responsibilities • Develop an account level strategy targeting opportunities for assigned client. , • Implement revenue growth strategies to drive incremental revenue through increased meetings and premium product revenue. , • Research the marketplace and competitor products to highlight the value of Amex GBT products. , • Drive strategies to increase revenue and customer behavior at a scalable level. , • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with internal business partners across the B2B organization. , • Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and pricing strategies for strategic accounts. , • Ensure sourcing managers and meeting managers meet/exceed client expectations and SLAs. , • Contribute to content development for client innovation forums and support agenda ideas. , • Lead global efforts for assigned clients, guiding regional market leads to support client goals. , • Identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to grow profitability. , • Develop creative pricing strategies and contribute to ongoing client P&L management. Requirements • Experience in M&E Operations, including SOP creation and meeting technology knowledge (Cvent). , • Deep global M&E subject matter expertise with a track record of driving growth and leading service-focused operations. , • Experience handling a P&L.
