Come join the largest beer distributor in the U.S. and help us connect customers, consumers and brands every day, everywhere we operate.  Pay: Starting Rate $31 per hour during training and then component pay between $75K - $90K annually... once training is successfully completed.  Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday with a 3:00am - 7:00am start time  Home daily with local routes  Day 1 Benefits with Early Buy-In Option: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays  401k with Employer Match  Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment  Certified Great Place to Work 2024- For the Fourth Consecutive Year Position Summary: Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.  Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:  Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle  Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck  Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles  Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments  Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel  Complete delivery and pick up paperwork  Pick up returned product as required  Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.  Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle  Complete company training and certifications as required  Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers  Other projects or duties as assigned Apply Job!Â
