DevOps Engineer (Object Storage ) The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. The ObjectScale team is looking for a DevOps engineer with a passion for technology and automation. What you’ll achieve As a DevOps Engineer (Object Storage ) , you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions. You will: Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code Deploy and manage our continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 10+ years of experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps/SRE practices with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Expertise in Linux utils, configuration, troubleshooting, shell, networking Programming experience in Python, Groovy, JavaScript or similar languages/technologies Experience with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills and the ability to resolve ambiguity in a quickly changing environment Desirable Requirements Experience with monitoring and logging technology stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Experience with distributed/cluster management systems (OpenShift, Rancher Kubernetes Engine (RKE), Tanzu) Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
