Employer Industry: Mortgage Industry Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $31.25/hr based on experience • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a stable and expanding organization • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling in the Pacific Time Zone • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k with employer matching • Paid sick leave and other paid time off in accordance with applicable law • Join a company recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Conduct thorough research on federal, state, agency, and investor regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines • Ensure adherence to internal Document Compliance procedures and provide timely assistance to branches through the Zendesk ticketing system • Address and resolve compliance-related issues, escalating matters as necessary to senior analysts or management • Monitor compliance through post-close audits, reviewing results for non-compliance issues, and ensuring application disclosures meet TILA and ECOA deadlines • Engage in project work involving internal system updates and testing, collaborating with different departments to validate compliance What Is Required (Qualifications) • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1+ year experience within the mortgage industry and knowledge of the overall consumer mortgage lending process from loan inception through closing • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving experience • Computer aptitude and familiarity with relevant technologies How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Mortgage compliance background or experience in related roles such as loan officer assistant, loan processor, etc. • Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or a related field • Experience with the Zendesk ticketing system • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously #MortgageIndustry #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #ComplianceAnalyst We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
