Entry Level Manager Daily Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through residential outreach initiatives • Undergo intensive training in management, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management • Assist in identifying potential customers, generating awareness, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets • Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn effective selling strategies and best practices • Participate in the planning and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns to create brand awareness and drive visibility for our clients • Contribute actively to Entry Level Manager team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs • Participate in entry-level meetings to enhance managerial and organizational skills • Learn effective team management, communication, and problem-solving techniques Entry Level Manager Preferred Skills & Qualifications: • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds • A passion for sales, management, and business development • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Benefits: • Professional development assistance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Apply Job!
