We are 100% virtual, with team members based in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Currently we're looking for someone to join our team in a part-time Admin / Operations Specialist role... Responsibilities will include: - Proofreading documents and reviewing video / interactive content for errors - General administrative / clerical tasks - Administering skills assessments & scheduling interviews  Required qualifications* - Native or fluent English speaker - Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills - Attention to detail - Extremely well-organized and able to track many projects / tasks at once - Basic to intermediate MS Office and Google Docs skills - Ideally based in North America, or at least able to work customary North American business hours - Windows computer and reliable high-speed Internet  Desirable qualifications* - Familiar with Slack - Some experience with Quickbooks - Formal QA or customer support experience a plus Candidates will be expected to pass a paid, timed skills test Apply Job!Â
