Job Title: Customer Service Representative Company: Google Location: [Remote] Department: Customer Experience About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at Google, you will be the first point of contact for users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and deliver timely support via various communication channels including email, phone, and chat. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer queries and provide accurate information about Google’s products and services. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Assist customers in navigating Google platforms and provide education on product features. • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while ensuring follow-through and resolution. • Maintain and update customer records, logs, and reports using... Google’s customer service tools. • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve service offerings based on customer interactions. • Stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. • Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs. • Familiarity with Google products such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Workspace is a plus. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a tech or SaaS company. • Knowledge of troubleshooting internet or software issues. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required. • Fluency in additional languages.
