Customer Service Representative - Contract Role with Robert Half Location: Remote (USA) Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension) Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (Depending on experience) Company Overview: Robert Half, a global leader in professional staffing services, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract role to support our client in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and helping others, we want to hear from you! Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and providing timely resolutions. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner. • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate as needed. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (call center experience is a plus). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and various communication tools. • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries. • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing work environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
