In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement Plan Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Responsibilities • Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner. • Process customer policy change requests. • Take premium payments from customers. • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems. • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Requirements • Personal lines P&C license • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Great Customer Service Skills. • Driven and goal-oriented individual. • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
