Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team, where you will play an instrumental role in sourcing and attracting top-tier healthcare talent. Your efforts will directly contribute to our organization’s mission of providing quality healthcare services... Key Responsibilities • Proactively recruit and engage candidates for designated job openings, leveraging your expertise in recruitment practices and knowledge of contemporary social media trends. • Source and assess qualified applicants, conducting interviews and collaborating with the Credentialing Coordinator to verify employment references and perform background checks. • Connect with potential candidates through 80 to 100 daily phone and internet communications, utilizing a structured script for effective engagement. • Enhance your personal brand across various social media platforms to attract candidates and promote our organization. • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident. • Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and separations. • Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates to facilitate successful placements. • Expand our network by attending job and career fairs and maintaining communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations. Required Skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a diverse community. • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management, coupled with strong organizational skills for both physical and digital documentation. Qualifications • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • A minimum of one year of experience in professional recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media is necessary. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory. • Previous experience as a recruiter, in direct sales, or within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
