This position is integral to ensuring a smooth finalization process and enhancing our outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities • Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences. • Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities. • Provide support to the front office coordinator as required. • Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach. • Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes. Required Skills • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles. • A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities. • Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • A vibrant personality that fosters effective communication and relationship-building. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check necessary for obtaining a North Carolina notary license within 60 days of employment.
