Delta is looking to fill a full time Investigative Research position with a focus on Social Media reporting. Below is the desired criteria. Responsibilities: • Research pertinent information via social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitter • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails • Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to request • Perform data entry efficiently • Conduct background investigations • Handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion • Conduct verification via phone Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements: • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately • Must be detail-oriented and organized • Ability to learn quickly • Strong problem-solving skills • Good customer service skills • Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately • Must be willing to cross-train on inter-departmental tasks Physical Requirements: • Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time • Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse Location: • Remote Schedule: • Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Delta Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
