Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Virtual Assistant 10 Hours Per Week! We offer a flexible, hybrid Remote arrangement for this position. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. This position comes with an attractive salary of a competitive salary.

 

 

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities... • Create and manage consistent newsletter • Manage blogpost • Edit, insert links and pictures, and upload blog post • Repurpose blog across social media • Set up and manage Pinterest (create pins from old posts) • Manage business account on LinkedIn • Manage and post on LTK • Create a list of similar clients for speaking engagements based off client's list from 2023 • Set up Trello board / one point of truth for tracking projects, overdue invoices, content calendar, etc. • Pitch client to be on other people's podcasts • Manage website inquiries via email • Assist with various organizational tasks • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed • Platforms: • Mailchimp • Google Suite • SquareSpace • Canva • LTK • Instagram • Meta • Pinterest • LinkedIn Requirements • Experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing: Must have solid experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies • Interest / knowledge of etiquette and / or manners (a plus) • Experience with Mailchimp and Pinterest (a must) • Ability to be creative and brainstorm ideas. • Organizational Skills: Intuitively organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work • Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms • Self-Starter Attitude: Must be a proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. • Must be on Eastern or Central Time Zone Benefits There are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
