Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • *Responsibilities** 1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hosts via email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb policies and procedures. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes. 5. Record and manage customer interactions and feedback in the company database. 6. Provide support in multiple languages where necessary (a plus but not required). 7.
