Job Description: As a WFM Data Entry Specialist at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing and entering workforce management data with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all data related to scheduling, attendance, and workforce metrics are accurately captured and maintained within our systems. This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance work with your personal life. In this role, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential. You will be expected to handle a variety of data entry tasks, including updating employee schedules, tracking attendance, and generating reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that workforce data is up-to-date and reflective of current operations. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. – Excellent typing speed and accuracy. – Strong attention to detail. – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. – Good communication skills. – Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: – Enter and update workforce management data accurately. – Maintain and organize electronic and paper records. – Generate and distribute reports related to workforce data. – Monitor and track employee attendance and schedules. – Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy. – Identify and correct data discrepancies. – Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.
