The Role: As an Aviation Sales Manager, you’ll source, procure, and manage aviation parts inventory to keep maintenance and repair operations running smoothly. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to align inventory with customer needs. If you excel at negotiation, problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: • Source and procure aviation parts efficiently. • Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms. • Analyze inventory trends to forecast and maintain stock levels. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records accurately. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. What You Bring: • 2+ years of experience in aviation procurement or supply chain management (aftermarket preferred). • Strong knowledge of aviation parts and industry regulations. • Proficiency with ILS platform and inventory management systems. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and attention to detail. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
