The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Inbound and Outbound Calls: • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Make outbound calls for follow-up, product updates, or customer satisfaction surveys.
