Job Title: QuickBooks Data Entry Clerk Location: Remote (Must reside in the Roanoke, VA area... Job Description: Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to work a 4-week assignment from home. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and be comfortable working independently from home. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter invoicing data into QuickBooks Online, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Retrieve and process documents from our local Roanoke, VA office. • Maintain organized records and files. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support. • In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and best practices. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Must reside in the Roanoke, VA area to be able to pick up documents from our local office.
