We're searching for a qualified Part Time Board Certified Health Coach! We offer a flexible, hybrid Remote arrangement for this position. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Health Coach and Life Coach to join our team on a part-time contractor basis. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in holistic coaching, with a focus on both health and life aspects. This role offers flexibility, allowing for 10-20 hours per week, and involves evening availability for one night per week. Responsibilities: • Provide individualized health and life coaching sessions to clients in alignment with Espyr's whole-person coaching philosophy. • Create engaging and informative content relevant to health and life coaching for use in various platforms. • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed. • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by actively contributing ideas and strategies to enhance coaching programs. • Flexibly adapt to company and client needs, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Requirements: • Board Certified Health Coach and Certified Life Coach. • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in health and life coaching domains. • Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong adherence to whole-person coaching principles. • Flexibility to meet company and client scheduling requirements. Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate of $30. • Flexibility in work hours, with one evening per week required. • Opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Espyr's coaching programs.
