Small business focused non-profit seeks a part time executive assistant. The position includes assisting with... - Board meetings, including preparing agendas and sending calendar invites - Receiving dictation of emails, sending and following up on emails - Assisting with promotion of in person and online events through various websites, WhatsApp and email service - Maintaining the membership list and records - Assist in recruiting new members - Assisting with sending communications to members through CRM - Tracking and follow up on various projects for the executive committee - Light moderation of WhatsApp and other socials - Tracking of minimal expenses and payables through QuickBooks Online (training provided) Applicant must: - Be able to work with minimal supervision - Be motivated and able to follow up on various tasks by themself - Be very organized - Be able to work with and for several key team members in different US time zones during reasonable business hours - Optimize time to be efficient in all tasks - Be able to handle live dictation - Have excellent communication skills This is a contract position, estimated at 10-15 hours per week. Training on all systems and procedures are provided, but a working knowledge of Google Drive, email programs, WhatsApp, Zoom, calendaring events and working with C-Level executives is necessary.
