Our Entry Level Management Duties: • Develop an in-depth understanding of our company values, clients, products, service offerings, and marketing strategies • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a friendly, engaging manner, and provide a legendary experience to each individual • Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs • Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as well as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals • Consistently display exceptional leadership actions and sustain high personal and team standards • Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing • Track and notate sales interactions, follow-ups, and schedule appointments Our Entry Level Management Qualifications: • Prior experience as a team lead, manager, client relations, sales agent, or supervisor is a plus • Degree in Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Persistent, punctual, and professional • Ability to embrace complex obstacles and adapt quickly to change • Results-oriented, attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities • Ability to motivate and drive team members to exceed daily goals • Superior work ethic with the ability to excel independently and collaboratively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program Schedule: • Day shift Work Location: On the road Apply Job!
