This role offers a rewarding opportunity to assist our customers with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to landing. What You Will Do: Provide customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Address customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs. Assist with emergency response communications if necessary. Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace. Team Structure and Collaboration: Report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader. Engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms.
