Compensation $3000/Month + Commissions Compensation: $3,000 monthly + Commissions Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up with warm prospective seller leads via phone, email, and other forms of communications • Qualify the incoming leads and quickly schedule in-person listing appointments for our Listing Agents • Call our team’s past clients to maintain an ongoing relationship • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Update the company’s CRM with notes to ensure the team has up-to-date information regarding the lead • Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions and market trends • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport with and overcoming objections from clients Qualifications: Qualifications • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone About Company Lighthouse Residential Team at eXp Realty is in the top one percent of real estate teams in Northern New Jersey with over 15 years of successful real estate experience and over $400 Million in closed sales.
