Responsibilities • Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer understanding. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system. • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and guide customers through solutions. • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall support processes and customer satisfaction. • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management. • Maintain a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers in a live chat environment.
