Position– Data Entry Specialist Job Location– Remote - must live within WI or MN Employment Term- Temp to Hire, starting March 2025 Employment Type– Full-Time Work Hours (Shift)– 1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm, Mon-Fri Starting Pay– $14.00 per hour Required Education– High School Diploma/GED Required Experience– Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service. Job Duties • Consistently achieve both quality and production standards. • Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision. • Complete understanding of business rules. • Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures. • Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential • Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval. Requirements • 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy • Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts. • Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse • Windows 8.1 or higher required • Wi-Fi security has WPA2 protection or better • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test • Can work full time on 1st shift • Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area • Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse Send us an email [email protected] call us at 651-200-3456 to set up an interview.
