VXI Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Service Delivery Consultant to join our team remotely. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor service delivery processes, ensuring they meet contractual and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction. Manage client expectations effectively and maintain strong relationships to drive retention. Troubleshoot service issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure resolution within agreed timelines. Provide insightful reporting on service performance and client feedback. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure the successful implementation of new services or changes to existing services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years experience in a service delivery, project management, or customer-focused role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
