Prior customer service experience, especially in a remote setting, is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of Toyota products or a strong interest in learning about them is a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home environment.
