Position: Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CT (9 am to 7 pm ET, 7 am to 5 pm MT). Flexible shifts available twice a year. Compensation: $17.00 per hour with quarterly performance-based bonuses. Training and Development: Comprehensive paid classroom training, ongoing coaching, and mentoring provided. Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement and personal development. Responsibilities Engage with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information. Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and operational challenges. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold company values. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment. Familiarity with medical and claim terminology. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
