About the position We are seeking a motivated Installer with a basic understanding of power tools and common industry hand tools such as knives, saws, and staple hammers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read a tape measure and use ladders, scaffolding, and stilts regularly. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, following instructions closely. Candidates must possess a current and valid Driver's License, be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and have reliable transportation to our office. Daily travel within the surrounding geographic area is required. Physical stamina is essential, as the job demands lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50+ pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, crawling, kneeling, stooping, and standing for prolonged periods in a labor-intensive construction environment. The ability to work in confined spaces, such as attics and crawlspaces, and in multi-temperature environments is also necessary. Flexibility in scheduling is important, as extended hours, weekends, and overtime may be required during peak season. Responsibilities • Use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely. , • Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. , • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members. , • Travel daily within the surrounding geographic area to job sites. , • Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy materials. , • Work in confined spaces and multi-temperature environments as required. Requirements • Basic knowledge of power tools. , • Ability to use common industry hand tools. , • Ability to read a tape measure accurately. , • Possession of a valid Driver's License. , • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
