Job title: Stretch Practitioner Company: Stretch Zone Job description : Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals in the Winston-Salem Community! Looking for recent College Graduates and individuals from the health and wellness industry with anatomy and physiology course work who want to be on the forefront of a movement that is sweeping the nation. If selected all trainees must pass a week of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities. Stretch Zone is the only stretching studio to provide a Nationally Certified Accreditation. Compensation $16 to $23 Hourly Part time and Full time positions available Stretch Zone is the world's leading source and educator for today's advanced practitioner-assisted stretching. Built to provide performance enhancement modalities for health practitioners, massage therapists, trainers and athletes alike, the Stretch Zone Method is a proven course of innovative stretching techniques. The practitioner?s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment. Qualifications Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, process and procedures Strong communication and customer service skills required Preferred background: Exercise, Health or Recreational Science Degree, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach, Physical Therapist, PT Aide, Chiropractor, Pilates, Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor A strong and demonstrated affinity for and/or experience in the Health, Wellness & Fitness industry are preferred Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Professional, punctual, reliable and neat Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information Proficient computer skills required Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch sessions Effectively service and maintain client base Implement and enforce Stretch Zone?s policies and procedures to ensure safety and effective client service Attend staff and required educational meetings Contribute to creating a positive environment that welcome all people Handle member concerns when applicable Assist in daily studio activities, including cleaning and tidying up the studio, front desk tasks and scheduling clients This is a non-exempt position.
