You think ahead and pride yourself on ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible for your family and loved ones. You effortlessly plan birthday parties, family gatherings, and playdates so everyone can have fun. • You’re responsive. You’re quick to respond to friends, family, and life admin tasks as they come up. You’re also responsive to reality: you can adjust quickly when things don’t go as planned, and new challenges are exciting, even if they’re sometimes a little daunting. • You like being helpful. You pride yourself on helping your friends out with a recommendation for a doctor, helping them think through what on earth they’re going to feed their kids this week, and helping that mom at pickup remember when that camp registration deadline is. You’re tuned into your local community, and you know all the best spots and recommendations (and if you don’t, you know exactly where to look). It brings you joy when you can help another mom feel less frazzled. • Other people ask you how you do it. You have meals, grocery shopping, and birthday party planning down to a science. And you make it look easy (even though we know it’s a lot of work). • You’re excited about a flexible, part-time work schedule. Maybe your kids are in school or maybe you’d love to squeeze in some work while they’re napping or after bedtime. Either way, you have some time and you’d like to use your know-how and get paid for it. What will you do? • Complete tasks for Peppermint customers: You might end up making a dentist appointment, figuring out the right venue for a 6-year-old’s birthday (with their whole class!), or booking dinner reservations (and a sitter) for a night out! • Be solution-focused: You're ready to jump in with proactive and creative solutions to each family's needs while prioritizing what needs to get done and when. You like fast-paced work and are excited to face new challenges and learn something new everyday! • Engage with positive communication: You naturally engage with people in a concise, friendly, and helpful manner. Confident in your written and verbal communication, you can easily respond to real-time texts, messages, emails, and phone calls. You’re also comfortable responding quickly, even to just let someone know you’re on it! • Provide empathetic support: You recognize that each interaction is an opportunity to show care and build trust. Like us, you have a genuine passion for making each parent’s life easier, and it shows! • Be tech savvy: You'll depend on a host of tools to get your work done.
