Job Overview We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their careers in a nurturing, inclusive environment, with a strong emphasis on training and professional growth. You will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects in the technology and life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities  Accurately input and organize user data and organizational records into the system.  Collaborate with the development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup.  Support end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning.  Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise.  Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST. Required Skills  Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.  Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English.  Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous.  Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus. Qualifications  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
