Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for clients, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities - Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice - Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information - Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients - Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget constraints Skills - Strong background in hospitality and customer service - Proficient in sales techniques to upsell travel packages and services - Excellent knowledge of travel planning including booking systems and reservation software - Familiarity with hotel accommodations and amenities - Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors If you are enthusiastic about travel, possess exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the Travel Consultant position.
