Position: Senior Data Entry Specialist Location: Remote (preferably CST timezone) Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST... Pay Rate: $19.57/hr Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion. Contract: Initial 6-month contract Contract Extension/Conversion: Based on performance, attendance, and business needs Benefits: Access to health benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry from raw data, ensuring data integrity and verifying accuracy before entry. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform alphanumeric data entry from raw data sources. • Compare data with source documents and re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. • Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before entry. • Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors. • Maintain logs of activities and completed work. • Enter data from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into specific fields. • Achieve data entry targets using heavy production techniques. • Utilize spreadsheets and database software with a focus on accuracy. • Use Outlook for internal communications and Salesforce as needed. • Manage workload effectively and work independently. Required Skills: • 6-10 years of experience in data entry or data remediation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Familiarity with 10-key skills is a plus. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Experience with heavy Outlook use. • Client-facing experience is required, though no direct client communication will occur.
