Long-Term Airbnb Property Manager – Central London Listings Overview We’re seeking an experienced Airbnb Property Manager for a long-term partnership to oversee and optimize multiple short-term rental listings based in Central London. Our properties include various flats and rooms, all located in the heart of the city. This is an opportunity to work alongside a seasoned software developer and Airbnb host, bringing a tech-savvy approach to property management. Responsibilities • Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize Airbnb listings for high visibility and booking rates. • Calendar Management: Strategically manage bookings and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue. • Pricing Optimization: Utilize PriceLabs (experience required) and other tools to dynamically adjust pricing based on demand, seasonality, and competition. • Guest Communication: Handle guest inquiries, pre-arrival coordination, and post-stay feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction. • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze listing performance, identifying areas to enhance visibility and revenue. • Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Manage and coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure high standards between bookings. Qualifications • Proven experience with Airbnb and short-term rental property management in a high-demand urban setting. • Strong knowledge of the Airbnb ecosystem and familiarity with PriceLabs or similar dynamic pricing tools. • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization. • Excellent communication skills for guest relations and team coordination.
