Job Description of Stock Control Associate: The role of the Outbound Coordinator in the Stock Control Associate team is to ensure all items are properly marked and loaded onto the appropriate trucks for distribution. This entails overseeing a team of workers and ensuring that everything is in order for timely and accurate shipment of goods... Responsibilities of Stock Control Associate: • Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. • These roles will build relationships with internal Suppliers/customers and internal functional groups at the DC to drive quality and accuracy within the DC and service stores. • Following Home Depot safety policies and procedures is of great importance in these positions. • Some Support roles may be responsible for ensuring the DC has required functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals.
