Senior Web Analyst

Summary: Analyze website performance data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing user engagement and conversion rates in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews. Forecast demand by evaluating market trends and customer data, providing strategic insights to optimize marketing and sales efforts. 

Roles and Responsibilities- 

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms. 

• Manage web tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to ensure accurate data collection.  

• Implement and troubleshoot tracking codes and configurations.  

• Ensuring data integrity and quality through audits and validation processes.  

• Analyzing user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel. 

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders.  

• Implement and manage website tracking codes and tags using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM).  

• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies 

• Identify & recommend A/B testing opportunities 

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and recommend strategies that drive business growth and improve website performance.  

• Create and maintain tag strategy and implementation documentation
