Job Description Summary

Grid Systems Integration (GSI) is a high-growth business that delivers project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support customer needs. A key initiative to ensure the success of the GSI business ramp up is the GSI academy dedicated to the development of the GSI specific technical competencies which are required to support our growth and long-term strategy. Different learning journeys are proposed. Mission: The GSI Academy Class Program Coordinator plays a vital role by ensuring the deployment of the GSI academy class journeys with lean & efficient processes with a drastic Ramp up expected in 2025.

Job Description

Main accountabilities:

1/ Class journey deployment

  • Plan & organize based on standard work the GSI Academy technical learning Classes to ensure on time the competencies growth targeted .
  • Manage any 3 rd parties needed to ensure the scope

2/ Efficiency management:

  • Monitor the key Training KPi’s as attendance, trainees’ satisfaction, trainers feedback including associated analysis
  • Propose process / tool improvement & manage the process of training update content .

3/ Tools & procedures:

  • Ensure that a lean process with associated procedures & tools are in place for an efficient training deployment in growth context.
  • Optimize the process & delivery model based on benchmark (tools, process), make or Buy analysis, lessons learnt

4/ Ensure the update process of the GSI knowledge library with the support of experts

5/ Assist in creating GSI Academy Technical Training Content together with GSI Experts (scope related to candidate experience)

Some travels will be required mainly in Europe

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to synchronize several activities with a detailed-oriented approach.
  • Proficient working with Digital Tools, especially Office 365 tools (including Excel with pivot tables, Smartsheet, etc).
  •  Project management skills: planification, pro activity, solution provider
  • Very good communication and listening skills.
  • The plus will be:
    • Familiarity with learning as trainers or in training design for adults & with various training methods and tools.

Experience level: Engineer level with minimum 3 years’ experience
