Bookkeeper

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time financial assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry and financial reporting for our Consulting Clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in finance or accounting to gain valuable experience in a professional setting.​

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Assist with data entry, formatting, and normalization
  • Help with financial research and analysis
  • Provide support for the financial department as needed

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Experience with bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Experience with the Zoho Financial Suite applications a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
