Job Description We’re seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our expanding team and help manage the increasing demand for professional bookkeeping services. In this role, you’ll work with multiple small business clients, maintaining their financial records and supporting our commitment to exceptional service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper who wants to work in a collaborative environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You’ll be working directly with the business owner, contributing to client satisfaction, and playing a key role in the continued growth of this successful practice. Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple small business clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Support the business owner with day-to-day bookkeeping operations
  • Handle client bookkeeping requirements as assigned
  • Follow established processes and standards set by the business owner

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (essential requirement)
  • Experience in bookkeeping for small businesses
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills
