As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Workday ecosystem. In 2025, we are embarking on an exciting journey to roll out new Workday modules and new integrations, further enhancing our capabilities. Your expertise will be critical in designing, building, testing and maintaining these integrations to support our growing needs.

• Build, test and rollout new integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver integration solutions.

• Maintain the live integrations and be the go-to-person for the colleagues needing support with integrations

• Monitor and optimize existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance.

• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve our integration capabilities.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining Workday integrations, including EIB, PICOF, and Core Connector integrations.

• Strong understanding of Workday's integration architecture and tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
