Join us at RevHealth, an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing and ad agency that champions both your personal growth and cutting-edge client solutions.Our Medical team is responsible for the conception and execution of innovative print and digital materials in the Market Access space. This role will help to shape the tactical execution of our client’s programs and offer unique solutions to challenges while contributing to tactical recommendations that align with either medical or commercial strategic imperatives and overall client business objectives.

What You'll Do (dependent on level):

  • Own medical writing activities for multiple projects
  • Ensure high-quality execution with regard to scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, consistency, and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, styles, and processes
  • Research, write, and edit original educational content in distinct healthcare categories, ensuring quality of work, scientific validity, medical accuracy and integrity, and clinical applicability
  • Research and secure references to ensure accuracy of medical/scientific statements and product claims; organize reference libraries and annotate content per account-specific referencing guidelines
  • Fact-check and annotate initial round of jobs and subsequent rounds as necessary (has the ability to understand scientific and medical data to ensure that content accurately represents the source from which it was taken); defend content in a medical/legal/regulatory review meeting
  • Present strategic concepts and content executions to the client
  • Depending on level, manage, mentor and guide more junior writers

What we are looking for:

  • Pharmaceutical agency experience
  • Market access experience including market access strategy planning
  • Launch experience
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
  • Extensive experience in Veeva (or other client MLR) and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms
  • Bonus Points: Market Access experience of course!
