Senior Creative Content Designer

Role overview

A leading French digital media marketing agency is looking for a Senior Creative Content Designer to join its fully remote and multicultural team. This role combines graphic design, content grid development, and visual storytelling for both organic and paid content (social posts, short-form videos, and more). You’ll collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to deliver data-driven, business-aligned creative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design static and video content for social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Ads.

• Propose and execute creative concepts with strong visual and strategic rationale behind each campaign asset.

• Write or adapt short-form copy for social media posts and ad creatives in both English and Spanish.

• Produce short-form videos and basic animations to support campaign goals.

• Create visual assets for internal use, such as corporate presentations and client reports.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Contribute fresh, creative ideas while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content creation and graphic design, ideally within a digital agency environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing work across social media, video, and creative digital campaigns.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.

• Creative mindset with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and decisions.

• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Experience working with paid social ad formats is a strong plus.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus.
