We’re looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer to join our growing People team and help us find exceptional talent for our Engineering and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Build and manage a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline of technical talent for GTM roles
  • Use a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.) to proactively identify and engage candidates
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our tone, values, and unique story
  • Stay on top of market trends, sourcing innovations, and competitor activity
  • Be a true ambassador of our employer brand and candidate experience

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the cyber security industry
  • Proven success sourcing Sales / GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDR’s etc..)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (we use Comeet)
  • Strong written communication skills and creativity in outreach
  • A proactive, resourceful, and curious approach to problem-solving
  • Team player mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through
